Re: 1 players in queue

After two years of being banned, I successfully appealed and had the ban lifted; however, I still cannot play the game. I can access the game lobby and even make in-game purchases, but whenever I try to start matchmaking, it shows only one, two, or three players in the queue—effectively no different from being banned. I earnestly ask for help in restoring my ability to matchmake and play normally. Thank you.
