2 weeks of 1 player in queue. need help asap, does support even exist?
today marks 2 weeks of not being able to play apex legends on my account that I've spent thousands of dollars on and have thousands of hours of playtime, every single mode including firing range is stuck on "1 player in queue". we are 25 seasons into this games life and there are issues like this still happen? does support even care? is anyone even seeing this or reading this? when will i be able to play? i have never been banned, suspended, or anything of that sort. 2 weeks ago i logged on and tried to play and ever since than this issue has not gone away, it is not a network issue this is a EA issue. if my account is going to be disabled from matchmaking how will i be compensated? will i be refunded all the money i spent? (of course not, its EA!) no warning, no explanation, no nothing, just cant play the game anymore. every single support ticket i make gets replied to by some AI bot saying to troubleshoot things i already did 100 times. where are the real support agents? hello? im out here throwing this into the void because i have no other way to think to get help. PLEASE HELP ME. FIX THIS NOW.
