20th season unknown file version r5apex.exe

After the 20th season update, I will encounter the easy anti-cheat error when launching from steam: Unknown file version r5apex.exe

I have re-downloaded the game several times and verified the file integrity multiple times, but all failed.
The integrity check shows that the file needs to be reacquired. After reacquiring r5apex.exe and dx12.exe, it still cannot be started.

Has anyone encountered the same problem? Is there any solution?

OS: Windows 11 Home version 22H2  22621.3155

CPU : AMD Ryzen 7 6800H with Radeon Graphics 
RAM: 16GB

GPU: Radeon Graphics (No discrete graphics)
