3D models ook too blurry, help!

So my game (and many other 3D games) look blurry, I've provided some screenshots. I've tried changing the graphics settings in-game as well as in my graphics card drivers. As you can see in the screenshots, the UI looks great, it's just the 3D models. Nothing seems to work, someone who can help? Thanks
