Re: What to do if your Apex Legends account got banned or suspended

Hello, I have an open ban appeal (Case #249338505) for a Gameplay Enhancement permaban flagged by easyanticheat script systems , and am pretty sure its caused by a broken , double-clicking mouse switch. Can a human please intervene. i have a video of me testing my broken ping wheel (which very recently got broken).
you can review my gameplay and my input and you can see i dont cheat.
i never cheated , and i dont even know how to cheat

If you feel an action was placed on your account incorrectly, please create an appeal with these steps so our Terms of Service team can take another look. If those are the steps you've already taken for your current appeal, that's in the right spot and the ToS team will have the tools and records necessary to review this for you.

We're unable to make any changes or discuss details of your account here on the forums, but please keep an eye on your case history page once that appeal is created and the ToS team will reach back out once that review is complete. All appeals are investigated by humans. Thanks!
