This is simply you saying that the problem is on my end and not yours yes?
My connection is fine...I don't have lag in my games, only get disconnected every now and then which if I wasn't playing ranked. would be okay but since I am and I lose my kills/assists and then lose extra points because of abandoned game penalty....why do I lose my kills and assists??? what is the reason behind that...last game I got kicked I had 2kills and 1 assist and we came 2nd...thats 120 points - 36 so 84 points but nope I got -76...how is that okay? I just lost 160 points from being kicked out...not my connection problem....your servers kicked me. this has been happening since season 1 and you still want to pass the blame on to the players...absolute joke.

I'm not saying the problem is definitely on your end. We just can't be sure without going through troubleshooting. If you change your mind about this and want to keep working on it, let me know. Otherwise, you'll just have to wait and see if we find any issues here.

nothing wrong with my connection...everything is in working order.
I have also looked up the error codes, in which code:net is a server side issue and not a client side one...yet I get penalized for this? okay cool. Again with error code..invalid token..this seems like its also an error on behalf of your servers considering nothing on my side is restricted.
as for the heart beat...I'm guess this error is very new...obviously.. and its only happened once for me so far. but again obviously not my issue....how can an error involving seers ability be my issue???? and yet I got reduction of points for it.....thank you for asking me if I have connection problems regarding this error.

I don't have any details on the Seer issue, unfortunately. Without actually going through troubleshooting, we can't be sure there's nothing going on with your connection. Again, just let me know if you change your mind. Without that, I can't report this as an issue on our end.
