Abilities stopped working during ranked game

I was just in a ranked game and everything was working just fine. All of a sudden none of my abilities would work anymore as Valk. I couldn't use Q, Rocket Jump, or Ult. I also couldn't use any kind ...

@XHelperZ Ah thanks, there's a poster who just posted about it in a new thread. I'll tag the post for you. I'd just used a Replicator right before that with no issues.

Had a teammate 2 games later in normals with the issue. Now just a few games ago someone had the same issue and nothing could be done.

@Firebats This happened to me twice today, on pathfinder. Unplugged keyboard, reset key bindings, restarted PC. Had the same issue in the next game, but strangely only after I got about 2/3 of the way through the match.
