Looking at the top right, I can see that the client isn't able to receive your player data (or at least not properly), thus resulting in you being unable to use any of your in-game currencies.
There recently was an issue were player data wasn't being loaded properly, resulting in legends and currency being unavailable to the user that would be encountering this.
I had received word that this was something that the team was investigating, so this might be the result of that investigation.
Whilst you might not be able to spend your in-game currency, it seems like you are still able to use your legends without an issue which is a plus.
I'm assuming the heirlooms and the dev icon are temporary placeholders until the server is able to retrieve your account data again.
Pretty much a shot in the dark, though I think it's pretty much due to that.
I doubt your account has been hacked as it seems like there is a logical explanation.
Though when in doubt, you can always follow the steps mentioned in this article:
@XHelperZ Results of that investigations are free heirlooms? :D we still have that heirlooms equipped, it's my 3rd day playing with caustic heirloom, and I hope that I will not be banned as the may falsly recognize this as some kind of cheat

You should be fine, they can't really ban for this as it's on them.
These heirlooms should technically go away once the server is able to retrieve the player information again.
Are you still able to spend your in-game currencies? (e.c Crafting Materials, Legend Tokens, Apex Coins)
