Hey @Padawan_Flamingo,

If you received a code for Switch, then you'll unfortunately need a Switch in order to redeem it. As for refunds, I'd recommend reaching out to Target to see if they can help you with one. We can only really help with purchases made directly through us.

I just called them and they said to contact ea to see if they can change what system the gift card is valid for. I guess to give you guys the code and then you make it one for the PlayStation or something I'm not sure, this is getting frustrating.

  Unfortunately we're not able to change what platform a code is for. I can only really recommend that you're more careful with what platform you buy your codes for in the future.
