Account Ban for what? Please Help

There is absolutely no possible way I can be banned for whatever reason they specify because:
#1) I don't even chat online
#2) I only play via my playstation 5 account

#3) I never purchase the game, I only play it via my active playstation now subscription which I pay yearly on

Is there a phone number I can call?

This ban is a mistake and their 100% fault (whatever I am banned for) bc everything I do within the game is very limited (i don't even chat and i play casually on a ps5) as there is 0% possibility to break any ToS.

Also that I only play the game via my playstation now account so there is also 0% possibility for any violation related to sales.

I am very very frustrated.

I look over the forum and someone recommend to download my user data and look it up there.

And I saw BANNED_ACCOUNT_TAKEOVER

What does that even mean?

Mannn after a long day of work, I just want to play games to relax, and all this crap comes up.
