Re: What to do if your Apex Legends account got banned or suspended

I was playing apex after a long time and suddenly it locked me out of my account and banned me for " "Gameplay enhancement" even though i have never hacked our broken any of the guidlines My account is a week 1 apex account and i have spent hundreds of hours on the game at one point. From skins to badges i have a lot and would never think of hacking or doings anything that would get me banned. I am insanely distraught rn and dont know what to do as the account is very precious to me. I even have submitted an appeal but it was an appeal i wrote in haste and i dont know if EA will actually even check it. I can garuntee i have never broken the rules but still I am facing a Permanant ban for no reason. My rank itself rn is very low i was losing matches in silver i dont know how apex thought I was hacking. If anyone has any suggestions please let me know. Thank you.

Is there any other way to directly contact the team or do I just wait now?

If you feel that an action was placed on your account incorrectly, you'll need to create an appeal as you have, so our Terms of Service team can take another look. They'll have the right tools and records to manually review this for you, as we're unable to make any changes or discuss account details here on the forums.

Since you've already created an appeal, please keep an eye on your case history page, and the ToS team will reach out via email once that review is complete. Thanks!
