I have moved your post from the Polish EA Forums to the English EA Forums. Below are a few troubleshooting steps to help fix the issue.
- Restart the game and your device fully, not just the match or lobby.
- Try changing the audio output device in your system settings, then restart Apex Legends.
- If you use a headset, test with speakers or another headset to see if the issue is device-specific.
- Disable spatial audio or surround sound temporarily, such as Windows Sonic, Dolby Atmos, DTS, or headset software surround modes.
- Update or reinstall your audio drivers.
- Disable extra audio software temporarily, such as equalizers, virtual surround tools, Voicemeeter, Nahimic, SteelSeries Sonar, Razer Synapse, Logitech G Hub, or similar apps.
- Verify or repair the game files again after restarting your system.
- Reset the game’s audio settings to default, then test the skin again.
