Just so that you are aware no one here on AHQ can assist you with account issues, please see the below links and info onj where to go to get that straitened out.

If you believe you have been hacked take appropriate measures to secure your account and associated E-mail account https://help.ea.com/en-gb/help/account/secure-hacked-ea-account/

If you believe that a sanction (Suspension/Ban) placed on your account was by mistake you should reach out to the Terms of Service team https://help.ea.com/za/help/account/information-about-locked-or-banned-or-suspended-accounts/

Deleting accounts Just so you are aware EA will not Delete accounts that have Active Bans on them. The Ban would have to be lifted before you can delete the account.

if you have the evidence that it wasn't you and EA are punishing you for being a victim of a hack i would put all your evidence upon social media along with your story and ask people to share it ,once it goes viral they'll look into your case sharpish to save face and hope not to be hit in the pocket, and if your evidence is irrefutable id hope with some empathy too. if its 100% true you supplied evidence and i'm not saying it isn't EA should be ashamed of the service not provided to a paying customer, whom if not for customer wouldn't be where they are today
