Account disabled for 7 days
My account on xbox one x was disabled for 7 days and I don't know why they never emailed me and when I put in a case they declined with no reasons. I dont message people and I have no idea how to cheat on xbox but still my account was suspended and I have no idea. But when I go to my infractions there's nothing no bans no suspension there is nothing.

The ban history section on the website shows specific types of account actions, but not all bans or suspensions will show up there currently. Sorry for any confusion that's caused.
