Hi! I’m on Ps5 and I was kicked from a match and am now getting a “this account is not permitted to play online” message. I have no bans or suspensions on my account and I can’t open an EA help ticket because it keeps saying the page is down and “that’s on us”.
I see others are having the same issue, please assist. Thanks

just got kicked after my ranked game opened the game and got the same message please fix EA
I had the same problem on my my PS4. It crashed and then a error code popped up and then after I restarted the game that message popped up on my screen. I hope its just a bug in the server.
PS4 having the same issue. Also having the same issue with the support page being down. Right when the boys were about to hop on too! SMH
