Account permanent suspended for no reason

    I am sorry to hear that your account looks like it has been hacked.

    You will need to contact EA support and try to get with an advisor on how to get your account back and secured. 

    Once you have done that you should probably enable 2 Factor ID to help protect your account further and change all of you passwords.

    You may also have to contact the ToS team about the Ban associated with the compromised account once you have gotten it back and squared away.

    I hope this helps you out and solves your problems. Requesting CM advice for you as well.

That's insane, especially if you consider having put money into their games. Quick update that I still haven't gotten a response from EA as to why I was banned and now one of my friends has seen my account online and apparently being used by someone else (ie. someone has stolen it as I have never given my info out nor have anyone in my household that would use it). 

EA really has to have some way to fix this. I cannot believe I spent money and there doing nothing to help or explain.
