Account Progress Lost

Hi there. So I've played a decent bit of Apex Legends on xbox for a while now, I had taken a few breaks since xbox live prevented me from playing, life did too, on that list goes, but I just got a computer that's able to handle apex so I was finally able to, I had forgotten my password so I had reset my password. I logged in, and all of my stuff was there, my near 51 level (Can't remember exact) level, my characters were on display, (ones that aren't gained when first playing) specifically Loba, I had Octane as well as Revenant unlocked too. I then was prompted to take the tutorial again (I presumed because I was switching from the xbox to the pc) and I got through the tutorial with a few hiccups since some controls didn't work right and I had to edit them in settings to complete the tutorial. I completed the tutorial, and low behold, my progress wasn't there anymore. My characters were gone. My skins were gone. My level/rank was reset to 1. Nothing was there anymore. The only thing that remained was the fact that I still had the club title and club DKBD for my club I created a while ago. How do I get my account progress back? Please Im desperate!

    Hey @ThatOneWolfe,

I see you mentioned this happened when switching from Xbox to PC.

Currently Apex does not have cross-progression, so I'm afraid there's not a way to transfer your progress from one platform to another.

That is something the developers are working towards, but it's likely a ways off still at this point.

As far as the club goes, you would need to log back in on an Xbox to remove yourself from the club that way. Once you've done that you should be able to try joining another one on PC again.

  • It appears i've only played a week on a new accout and I already have loba and crypto and saving for pariah, the new apex legend. Im still behind so it would be nice if I knew if I could still switch. Haven't gotten a response in a week so I don't know what really happens or how things like this get responded to, but it would be cool if any community member had any information. On this new account the clubs also don't work. I can't be invited to any new clubs (even though I left the previous one) and everytime I join a game it displays the tag of the club I TRIED to join but am not actually in.
