Hello there. Thank you for reaching out. I'm very sorry to hear about your friend. Unfortunately, we wouldn't be able to help recover the account. This just isn't something we can handle over the EA Forums. Only an advisor can do that and if you can't verify ownership of the account, they won't be able to recover it for you. The best I can advise is to try to get the correct information they are asking for and try again.
