Account Reset

Hi my apex account hv been reset to level 1, i hv been playing apex for more then 2 years and now everything is gone. Please @EA_Mako help me to fix this issue.

Hey @ojamoja87,

That sounds like someone may have gotten into your account and changed the email, in that case.

You'll need to contact support directly so they can help out with this, as we cannot make any changes on the forums.

You can create a new case here and select Game Support > EA Account > I need help with my hacked account so the support team can assist with the actual account recovery.

My account also got reset but the emails on this account are all mine. I was level 340 something and have ever legend unlocked other than Alter and Conduit, Had 100's of skins unlocked and had well enough red coins to buy Alter and Conduit now i am a Level 1 with no coins skins or anything that I had. Where is my stuff? I dont have two account i only have my PSN account.
