Looking at that email, I'm confident in saying that it's the name that's causing issues. I'd change it to something else (and if you play via Steam, I'd change it there too just in case).

As I say, I don't have any problem, and I will change the name. On steam I already change it. But how I can change it on EA? and everywhere else? I don't want to have the same problem again.

      I don't have the edit button there, maybe because I have suspension? So I can't change it right now?

        That's very possible. Just remember to change it before you get into a game I suppose.
