Playstation account link to pc

I've been playing apex for years and i've spent a good amount of money on the game. I've decided to move from ps to pc, but when i linked my ps account to EA none of my stuff transferred over to pc and when i logged into my playstation all my stuff was gone. As if it was a fresh account.
