I will, ty. Also I will try to contact them, to let them understand that I didn't do anything on purpose, and maybe after that they will remove my suspension I hope so...

Hello can I ask you something?

My sanction starts on September 23rd and ends on September 30th, but on my ban history page I get a message saying that there are still 7 days until the sanction ends. Is it normal to look like this? Right now I think I should see a message that there are 2 days left. Will this sanction be lifted on September 30?
