Wrongfully Banned from Apex Legends: Requesting Help for Resolving the Issue

Hello EA Team,

I’m posting here because I’ve run out of options and need help resolving the issue of my Apex Legends account being permanently banned.

I recently received a ban with no clear explanation other than a general violation of the EA Terms of Service. I submitted multiple appeals through the official form and received a final response stating the decision won’t be reversed, but I truly believe I was banned by mistake.

I’ve never used cheats, third-party tools, or engaged in any behaviour that breaks the rules. If this was triggered by unusual behaviour or suspicious login activity, I’m open to verifying everything. I’ve played Apex for a long time, I have spent more than 3000 hours on this account and would never risk my account like that.

I’m not here to spam or argue — I’m just hoping someone from the EA team or the community can help me get another look at my case, or at least explain more clearly what went wrong.
