Account wrongfully banned
My account has been wrongfully banned since the end of August. I am still not sure about what the reason being hateful conduct in my situation is. A child was playing on my console at a gathering and someone repeatedly said racial slurs and was taunting the child, making animal sounds, like a monkey, to the child relative playing on my console. All the child said (in text to speech) was that the player had bad aim and only knew how to say the n-word. I have reached out to ea help multiple times in the form of an email and I have not been helped at all. This is absurd. There is no way that this deserves a permanent ban on my 7 year old account with lots of valuable in game cosmetics. I could understand a warning, but a permanent ban is ridiculous. Can anyone be of any help in retreiving my account as I do not want to see all of these games with countless hours go just like that. I have so much money and time spent on this account and I dont want to see it go. This feels like brazen thievery.
