Accounts are falsely banned and cannot be resolved

In the same position as you. I have opened a case and submitted screenshots and clips to show this is a bug - with no active enforcement or other indicators that this is a legit ban. 

Unfortunately,  it's just a waiting game for all of us until they correct the issue. There's multiple Reddit and Discord posts. As long as we continue to document this thing, we can hopefully build enough traction for them to address it.
