I've been playing Apex Legends for over three years, 2200+ hours. A few days ago, during a regular match with a friend, I got banned. Up to this point, I had a clean history of bans. The account was not transferred to third parties. There were no gray transactions on the account. No macros are used. There is no reason for me to use cheats or benefits. I discovered this thread because of a discussion on Reddit. Out of desperation, I filed 3 appeals. Two of them are closed and it says "The ban was issued correctly.".. I submitted the third one, but only after that I saw this discussion.
How is this possible? Why, if this is a known error, then the support team responds that everything was checked and "The ban was issued correctly"??
Please consider my situation correctly. Losing an account because of a mistake that you can't influence is the worst thing that can happen to a player.
upd. I was refused a third appeal. It was closed again with the same comment: "We have carried out all possible checks related to this problem and the restrictions imposed will not be removed from the account." I chatted with support twice, wrote in several topics on the official website. No one has said that the problem exists. But people continue to be banned.
In 15 years of experience in online games, this is the first time I have seen such a blatant and absurd situation in every sense.
