Accounts wrongly merged.

My wife and I need help. For whatever reason, EA merged our two separate account together. She has her own EA account as do I. I've tried countless times to submit tickets just to have the website er...

    Hey @hazelheart13 

    If you wish to create a support ticket for additional assistance, try clearing your browser's cookies/cache or using its incognito mode to create a ticket. 

     

    How to use EA Help

     

    However, to check which platforms do you and your wife play on? If possible would you be able to share your EA ID (or GamerTag or PSN ID)?

     

    If you are both using separate platform accounts on the same EA account, when the cross-progression process hits your EA account it would have selected the highest-level account to become the main account.
