ADS Sensitivity Randomly Ramped Up Please Help

So I was playing apex earlier just fine on steam, my sensitivity was fine (I play on 5-4). (Let it be known I’m on controller) until I downloaded the origin version and got on there to see if it felt any better than the previous times I played it. Didn’t touch any settings at all, just linked my steam account so I can get my steam friends on there just in case I decided to stay. I switch back to the steam version get into a game, and my ADS sens is faster than my Look sens. This hasn’t happened to me since like season 2 on console so I have no idea what I did or why it changed. I check my controller settings and my settings were changed to 6-5, high velocity, and some other things I can’t remember. So I switch them back to the settings I had before, and now my ADS sens is now faster than my Look sens even though I’m on 5-4. Is there a way to hard reset my settings or am I just screwed and have to play on 5-2 now?
