After going through Cross Progression, I got reset to Rookie 4

I think this was an issue that happened in the beginning when Cross Progression was implemented. I just upgraded to a PC and it looks like it reset my rank to Rookie 4 from Diamond 4. I was hoping you can help me reset my rank back to Diamond.
