Agreement 6

Recently, I was on a business trip and wanted to play games because of itching. I went to an Internet cafe and found my account was banned after playing several games. Ea, can you check my account carefully? I don't know why I was ban. A cold email told me that I violated the No. 6 agreement. I checked the specific reason and found it blank. I can only say that I am innocent.

    I'm afraid the forum staff aren't equipped to investigate ban or suspensions cases. It would be best to get in touch with the Terms of Service team by filling out the webform. Please check out this EA Help guide for guidance on how to do that: How to get more information about my ban or suspension

    I'm not sure why the page linked via the email came up blank. Was it the EA User Agreement? I've checked that page and it displays for me, hopefully it works for you too.

    @Acece33 

    As @EA_Lanna stated we cannot help with bans or suspensions here on the forum.

    But I can give you some Tips regarding privacy and security.

    INTERNET CAFE'S ARE NOT SAFE:

    We do not know what programs are installed on those computers.

    We do not know what other users have done on those computers.

    We do not know if they have viruses or are otherwise compromised.

    Using such is at your own personal risk and the risk to your own personal information and accounts.

    I would never use an Internet café computer for any type of private account be it gamming, e-mail or banking because of the above, it is just unsafe to do, and is not worth losing or compromising your accounts. 

    As such when you get back to your console or Pc you should probably check on your E-mail, Apex account and other accounts, you may have accessed while at the internet café and change all of your passwords just to be on the safe side.
