Aiming feels really off compared to other games

Let me get straight to the point. Aiming feels awful in apex legends, also the hitreg is bad, i dont have this in other games. It doesnt feel 1:1 and not snappy it feels like my mouse is being held...

What DPI are you running at, what's your FPS in game on what resolution? @dynam1ck

@EA_Atic 1600 & 144. But i've heard since apex runs on a poor engine it cant handle 1600 that well, but i tried 800 dpi and 400 and the problem still exist
