Alc stopped working

For some reason back in April my alc stopped working completely on my account only. I’ve uninstalled, reinstalled, reset to default controls…nothing. I’m playing on a ps5.

Yes I’m able to change the settings but they don’t actually change. I can play the game on my account on my gfs ps4 just fine but for some reason my ps5…no alc

Are you playing on the PS5 version of the game, or do you still play on the PS4 version on your PS5?

  Just to confirm, have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game to see if that makes any difference? I know that can be time consuming, but if there's a problem with missing or corrupted data that could help.

    Oooh I went a step further, uninstalled reinstalled a few times and reset ps5 to factory settings
