All my cosmetics are gone and all characters too

I was logging into my account to see that all my cosmetics for all characters were gone along with my club (which I owned), all characters need to be re bought and all gun skins are also gone. I have...

@INomisisI did the Support send you to the Forum ? They told me its a unknown Error what ever that meens. They still haven`t anwsert my post...
