All my progress has been reset

This happened not just with apex, but with my EA account. One day a log into apex, and i have been logged out(this was with steam apex btw). I was like okay maybe i just log in not a big deal. I logged in, and i see that my acc is lvl1. It was like lvl260 before. All my progress has been reset. I cozkdnt believe my eyes. I spent like 60€ on this game. And i wanted to cobtact them about this but i just couldnt. I have plenty of screenshots, videos and other proof in my pc, that the account existed. This also happened with all the progress that was on the account. My ps games and my xbox games too. Even plants versus zombies 2 on my phone. I didnt recieve any warnings or banns ever. I dont know what to do please help

    Hi @rxjbth4z85y5 If we are no longer seeing your progress on Apex through Steam and missing games from your connected PS and Xbox accounts I would recommend reaching out to our support to take a further look at this and verify we are signed into the correct account.

    Same but I am in switch and I log in to see I am level one but all my legend tokens and apex coin are there.

    Also my trackers on all my legends have rest and my lifetime kills

    @EA_Illium Please help me bring back my progress, skins and all in my account. It just happened that I didn't know someone unlinked my ea in my steam account. When I login my steam account it just requested to open and relink my ea account so I did. And it went back to lvl1 and all my premium skins were gone also my rank.
