ALWAYS 40+ GB UPDATE IN PS4??
I patched 1.55 (41.632gb) last jan 10 and then there's a new one 1.56 (41.644gb) but why is it always a 40+gb update? Is there something wrong 😓 btw i use ps4

EA Staff (Retired)@Tiyaaanpot It may be trying to verify your game files, do you notice your hard drive space going up by 40 GB or so every update? Is apex on the internal drive or an external one?
@EA_Illium my apex is in internal storage and nope i just checked it only has 58.49gb. But it doesnt say verifying it literally says downloading. But anyway thank you for replying it's just kinda frustrating to wait hours and hours all over again for the patch (because we don't have a good internet provider here in my country lol) I'll wait and see if the next one will be another big patch for me.
i was having the same problem, if you restart your console it will go down to the normal sized update
