AMD GPU Crash Fix - Stable for 4 days (5 hours play everyday)

The only necessary part of this is the framerate cap though I do have most of the rest done as well and it is the only way to make the game not crash almost immediately and often. Still not satisfied though having halved my framerate is not exactly fair play if they release competitive season before they fix this I will be very disappointed

For me, I have tried just putting the 75 frame rate cap and it was still the same. One or a combination of settings that I mentioned have made the game a lot more stable so hopefully it helps others.
