Anyone getting the same random stutter ingame?W/ frametime graph (3080)

It's always the same stutter with the same pattern (It looks like 3 quick frametime spikes ingame and 1 stutter in MSI hardware monitor) its how I recognize it every time.Happens once/twice ran...

Yea the guy is straight up ignoring me xD Nvidia rep bdw.Not even a "k." as a response of acknowledgment.
