APEX Freeze

When I play APEX ranked on my account, it freezes and the sound gets glitched about once every two matches, as shown in the attached video. Other solo accounts can play all modes normally, and my account can play casual, arena custom, and other modes normally except ranked. It only freezes like in the video when I play ranked.
