4 years agoAs you have eliminated software as a potential issue, there are two probabilities remaining:
a) your GPU is overheating or b) your GPU has a hardware issue/fault.
You can use a GPU monitoring app like Speccy to monitor the temperatures and downclock if required:

When I play apex monitoring, the GPU CPU has not overheated. When the temperature is normal, color blocks will appear on the screen. I am playing Rainbow Six, PUBG, CSGO and other games, and there is no problem with the screen.
