Help getting into my old account

I used to play Apex a lot on my PS4, and now, after about two years, I want to keep playing on the same account because I have a lot of items on it. The problem is I no longer have access to the iCloud account I used to create my EA Account. The same goes for that PS4. So, I'm stuck in this limbo where I can't change my email and can't continue on my recognized device. The funny thing is I'm typing this using that same account. I just can't log in to it on my PC. Is my account lost?
