apex account blocking

Good afternoon. I started playing Apex legends, I've been playing the top game for less than a month, I decided to get a pass for money. I log into the game the next day and a window appears that says your account is disabled.The actions performed under this account violated the EA User Agreement. We have permanently blocked access to this product. I go to my personal account to see what my account is blocked for, I want to see the reason for the blocking, but it's empty, what should I do.
