Apex account data lost after steam untying
My number unchained steam for some reason, and then I unchained steam. But when I logged in with EA, my game data disappeared.
that means that this is a new EA account - so if you've been playing Apex through Steam since March, then that Steam account was linked to a different EA account. You will have to find the correct EA account that you'd been playing on and your progress should be found on there.
