Apex Account not Syncing

I just got Apex Legends on the switch, and I can't appear to be able to transfer progress from my Xbox to switch. After I logged in, my battle pass data seemed to be connected, and under club it told...

    There is no way to transfer your account between these platforms.
    There is no cross progression in Apex Legends at this time.

i logged into my apex on my switch from the account from my xbox and everything was just wiped?
