Wow is not only me. I got ban 2/3 days ago for "cheating". But I never cheat in Apex Legends. I use same programs over year Outplayed for record and ROCCAT Swarm mouse app. I did not install new programs. My last 6 ranked games I died like a total noob and boom "Error reason ban". Even my ban is not visible in my ban history webpage and I cant play Apex "You currently have no Ban/Suspension History to display.". Always same "Error" ban when I try to joining the game. After chat with "EA support team" they escalate my case and I waited for "Respown team" answer. And I got answer today "We have confirmed that your account was involved in cheating. Because of this, we will not remove the sanction on your account." are you kidding me I am solo d2 player. How I stupid need to be for using cheats on main account with apex yellow coins (almost 2k), all legends unlocked and died like a noob. I am so sad and mad now for Apex Team. Getting ban for cheating without having one.

I feel you and the same thing has happened to me 1 week ago. After 6000 hours and spending $3k+, I was banned and I don’t know why. I’ve accepted my bogus ban, but just disappointed with the amount of money and time spent in this game and to be perm banned with no specific reason. While I accept the ban I will continue reaching out to them to see why I was banned and informing others of what’s possible to mitigate their losses.
- @BreakinFacez I forgot update it but I got unban after 7 months. My main account is back.
Likewise, after some time I guess another advisor reviewed it and lifted ban. So I have had my account back for about 6 months now.
