apex banned

hello, thanks for looking at this question. I found my Apex account got banned,and im very sure that i didn't use any hack or something that break the rules.And i think my account was hacked by anot...

Sadly the EA staff who work on AHQ cannot help you with account-related issues, such as bans.

If you feel you have been incorrectly banned, the only thing you can do is to dispute any action taken against your EA account by following the steps in this article:

if I understand correctly you mention that you were at Diamond rank and you noticed that you became Masters rank without putting in the play time. Is this a correct statement?
Does anyone else have access to your account?
Did you have 2factorID security enabled prior to your account being banned?
If you answer these questions I might be able to provide some suggestions on what you might be able to do.

  for your question:
  yes,im much sure that someone hacked my account and use it to play rank match(cause im really a diamond rookie)
  and,no, there's no second person who knows my account password.
  and yes,i have opened 2factorID before im being banned.
  by the way,i checked my email,found that someone send some code required for my account and i didn't notice them(please check the image)
  im so nervous about losing my account,i really pay a lot time, mind, and even money on it......

    I apologize for answering your last post late as well. I have been busy with IRL stuff.
    So you think that your account has been hacked.
    First thing you should do is contact EA support and have them assist you with securing your banned account. Changing passwords etc.
    Then you will need to contact the ToS with info from EA support regarding the recovery of your hacked and banned acount in order to file an appeal to have the ban lifted.
    The process to contact the ToS team can be found here: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/account/information-about-banned-or-suspended-accounts/
    Click Contact us at the top of any page on EA Help.
    Select the game that your account was banned or suspended from. If it’s on your whole EA Account, choose Origin.
    Choose your platform.
    Select Manage my account, then Banned or suspended account.
    Fill out any other details below.
    For example, if you picked Origin, it might ask you if you are accessing the game through an Origin Access membership.
    Click Select contact option.
    Sign in to your account that has the ban or suspension, if you aren’t already.
