Apex causing my mic to cut out on discord

So when i play apex with friends and were in a Discord call, when we go into a game, my mic begins cutting out a lot and its not my internet and ive tried over audio troubleshooting, no luck, so is t...

When you have the chance can you share a DxDiag here so we can take a look? You can find more info on how to pull one up over at the EA Help website. Once you have the file please attach it to this thread.

    Thanks! I appreciate that. 


    Looking through the DxDiag I didn't see anything that jumped out as a likely culprit. The only thing that stood out was that your PC is registering the microphone for your webcam as well as the mic you have connected via USB. 

    Just to test and see if it makes any difference, can you try disconnecting the webcam to see if the same issue is still happening after that?

        Thanks for giving it a shot for me. 

        What happens when you shut down Apex Legends? Does your mic continue cutting out, or does it stop happening as soon as the game is no longer running?
