Hello, on July 21, I purchased 1000 Apex Coins to buy the old Battle Pass, but they were not credited to my account and still have not arrived. I then purchased them again, but the Apex Coins I bought on July 21 were not credited to my account and are still missing. I contacted Steam Support and Steam Apex Support, and they directed me to EA representatives. I have screenshots available, and if any information is missing, I can provide it.
