Apex coins amazon code issue

I bought apex coins from amazon and redeemed them on the EA website it said i have successfully redeemed them and that the coins would go to my account but they haven't shown up for weeks now. I've talked to multiple people at EA and at amazon and they keep sending me back and forth saying they cant handle this issue and its not their problem.
