I'm very sorry to hear you're still having trouble purchasing the Battle Pass. I'm afraid for situations like this it's best to contact our Live-Support team so they can pull up your account and billing history to see what could be causing this on the backend. If re-adding your payment method and reinstalling Origin on your PC doesn't solve this, contacting an EA Advisor will be the best route to take.
