Apex Coins redeem code is not valid

I have a code for 1000 apex coins but i cant redeem it for some reason. I have tried in game, in ea client and site and non of those seem to work. I enter the code in, it sees that its a code for 100...

    Hey @petrovmaxim113,

    If a code you're trying to redeem is not valid, you'd need to speak with wherever you had purchased the code to see about a replacement.

    I'm afraid our support wouldn't be able to assist with codes purchased from third parties that appear invalid.
